  • There are 20 working days in a month, when you buy a monthly subscription, you have 20 days of service.

  • No, you can make unlimited requests in all our packages. The key is we work on each task one at a time, delivering within a few business days.

  • Yes, once you’ve paid for your month, you can pause your subscription 1 time per month.

  • Once you’ve paused you’re subscription, you have 120 days to use the balance of the month you’ve paused.

  • Turnaround depends on the complexity of the request but we aim to deliver within a few business days. We prioritize quality and satisfaction over speed.

    For larger projects, we breakup the deliverables into 2-5 days sprints. For example if we are designing a website, we may deliver a page every 1 to 2 days, allowing you to review while we move on to the next task in our queue.

    If we’re creating custom video content, you can expect scriptwriting and preproduction tasks to take 1-2 days based on the project, the shoot to take 1-5 days, and you can expect to start receiving first cuts within 2-5 days.

  • Our team is comprised of creative and experts with diverse backgrounds and experiences led by Joel Constantino who has led teams to create marketing, digital experiences and design for some of the worlds largest brands.

  • With C/C, you're not just hiring a designer, you're partnering with an entire creative and marketing team, with 20+ years of industry experience. We offer expertise and versatility that a single designer might not possess. Plus our network of freelancers allow us to find someone that is perfectly suited for your needs.

  • We use a wide variety of programs. If there is a specific program/deliverable that is needed we are happy to accommodate your brand’s needs, as we are well versed in a wide variety of creative and project management softwares.

  • Once you've subscribed, you'll gain access to our intuitive platform where you can submit your requests and track their progress. Templates in our system will help guide you to providing all the required details for your creative brief.

    Alternatively for agencies and studios that already have a project management systems and platforms in place (ie. Asana, Trello, Notion, Monday.com, Microsoft Tasks/Planner) we are happy to use your existing platforms and protocols.

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with a design, we'll revise it until you're 100% satisfied.
